Incorrect order sent, or damaged products:
We check all orders before they leave us, but in the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will happily replace or refund them. Please ensure you contact us within 10 days of receiving your items, as items can not be exchanged or refunded after this time. Items that have been worn can not be exchanged or refunded. In the case of a refund, you will receive both the item and delivery charges. Exchanges and refunds are usually processed within 7 business days, but please allow 28 days.
Mistaken orders, or not what you expected:
We make every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible, and customers are encouraged to check all product details before ordering. If the items are the wrong size for you, or not what you expected, you may return them for a refund. You will be refunded the cost of the items, but not the postage. You will need to arrange postage to us. Items must be un-worn and in an “as new” state, with all packaging and labels exactly as delivered. All items are examined by our team, and any items with signs of being worn will be rejected. Customers will need to cover the cost of returning items back to them, if they wish this to happen. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special offers or gift cards.
