Standard UK Delivery - £4.99 on all orders under £35.00

Free delivery for orders over £45.00

2 - 5 working days

 

Standard European Delivery - £6.99 on all orders

7 - 30 working days, delay expected due to the pandemic and the Brexit.

 

Delivery times are based on our couriers providing a trouble-free service. Occasionally delays may occur. Please allow 30 working days before informing us of delivery issues.

Returns

 

We take great pride in our mens clothing and underwear products here at Men-Kind. If you have any problems, please contact us via the Contact page.

 

Incorrect order sent, or damaged products:

 

We check all orders before they leave us, but in the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will happily replace or refund them. Please ensure you contact us within 10 days of receiving your items, as items can not be exchanged or refunded after this time. Items that have been worn can not be exchanged or refunded. In the case of a refund, you will receive both the item and delivery charges. Exchanges and refunds are usually processed within 7 business days, but please allow 28 days.

 

Mistaken orders, or not what you expected:

 

We make every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible, and customers are encouraged to check all product details before ordering. If the items are the wrong size for you, or not what you expected, you may return them for a refund. You will be refunded the cost of the items, but not the postage. You will need to arrange postage to us. Items must be un-worn and in an “as new” state, with all packaging and labels exactly as delivered. All items are examined by our team, and any items with signs of being worn will be rejected. Customers will need to cover the cost of returning items back to them, if they wish this to happen.

 

 

Used/worn products

 

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund items that you have worn. Our team  check all returned items, and will reject any item that shows signs of being worn. Customers will need to cover the cost of returning items back to them, if they wish this to happen.

Delivery Address:

 

Please take care when supplying your delivery address during the order process. We cannot be held responsible for orders which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete/incorrect addresses given by the customer, due to customer/recipient not being available to receive shipment, or due to parcel going missing once left in a 'safe' place.

 

Ordering:

 

The acceptance of your order is subject to being in stock. We will not automatically send alternative items if the one you choose is not in stock, but we will contact you with alternative options. Prices shown include VAT. MenKind.net reserver the right to change pricing at any time, and both change and withdraw offers at any time.

Sizing

We make every effort to ensure our sizing is accurate. Due to variations in fabrics and the construction process, sizing may vary by up to 2cm. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order.

As we all have a personal preference of how we like our clothing to fit, we recommend you measure some of your favourite existing garments against the "lay flat" sizes we have listed. The "lay flat" size is the width of the waistband, laid flat, and not stretched - see the image below.
